Our EpiPen training course is designed to help you recognise a life-threatening allergic reaction and how to treat it
Anaphylaxis is the most severe form of allergic reaction and if someone goes into anaphylactic shock, immediate intervention is crucial.
Common causes are insect stings, foods and some medication. It is life threatening and requires immediate first aid (an auto-injector) and emergency medical assistance.
The First Aid Brigade can make sure you know what to do when faced with someone suffering from anaphylaxis.
At The First Aid Brigade, we can offer you a 3 hour anaphylaxis with auto-injector course.
This course covers understanding and recognising a severe allergic reaction (anaphylaxis), the use of auto-injectors (EpiPen), primary survey including CPR for children and adults using a defibrillator and dealing with an unconscious casualty.
